Hi, I'm Cameron.

I’m a person-centered and size-inclusive personal trainer here to help you move in a way that feels safe, joyful, and affirming. I understand that traditional gym environments can often feel exclusive or intimidating, which is why I’ve dedicated my practice to providing a soft place to land and a strong place to grow. My coaching is warm and compassionate, focused on building your sustainable power through a lens that honors your body's unique story.

I have been working with people as a clinical social worker for over 20 years and have followed my love for movement and taken my passion for helping others find their flow to the personal training world.  Let's work together to build up our heart and strength.

A focused, strength-building one-on-one, hour  session designed to push your limits. We build your power together in a personal, supportive environment that truly honors your journey.

10-Session Bundle

$450

Use these 10 sessions whenever you want with total flexibility in scheduling. We stay focused on progressing your strength over time, building sustainable power on your terms.
